Nice but just to be sure, JChem Cartridge may be free (academic networks or freely accessible/non commercial web pages). More information (http://www.chemaxon.com/prices.html).

Also with the launch of the web services for JChem (next major release) combined with the .NET Marvin (chem editor) and IKVM support throughout, there is a possibility for a MS SQL cartridge - just FYI.
